7-Day Returns Policy and Warranty – Classique Optical

At Classique Optical, we want you to love your sunglasses! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Defects:

✅ Returns due to manufacturing defects will be fully refunded or replaced.
✅ It is very important that you document the defect as soon as you notice it.

How to be eligable for a return

✅ If any lenses have been scratched we will not accept a return.
The item must be in its original packaging and include all accessories.
✅ Change-of-mind returns may be refunded or exchanged,
✅ The box and packaging needs to be in reasonable condition.
✅ Return shipping is at your own cost.

Preparing for return:

✅ Log a return by calling in or by accessing your order on the web and selecting the "return" option.
✅ Package the product to the same way that you found it while unboxing.
✅ Using any courier company, or yourself, deliver the package to:

✅ Should you need assistance organising somebody to collect, we are only happy to assist.
Please do not use a courier based locker facility as we only accept returns to our store.

Maui Jim Products Only:

Please note that Maui Jim sunglasses are warranted to the original purchaser for two full years from the date of purchase against any defect in materials and workmanship when purchased from an authorized Maui Jim reseller. Maui Jim will repair or replace, at our option, any pair of Maui Jim sunglasses found to be defective – exclusive of damaged caused by improper or unreasonable use. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental damage / breakage. This warranty does not cover shipping cost.
